Delhi Women 2500 Rupees Scheme Registration: कब और कैसे मिलेगा लाभ?

दिल्ली Assembly Election के Results आ चुके हैं, Delhi Women 2500 Rupees Scheme Registration और करीब 27 Years बाद भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) ने Power में Comeback किया है। लगातार दो बार Government बनाने वाली आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) इस बार Victory की Hat-trick लगाने में Fail रही। Election Results के बाद अब दिल्ली की Women के मन में कई Questions उठ रहे हैं, खासकर उन Promises को लेकर जो अलग-अलग Political Parties ने अपने Manifesto में किए थे।

Election Campaign के दौरान, आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) के Convenor और दिल्ली के Former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal ने Announce किया था कि अगर उनकी Party दोबारा Power में आती है, तो दिल्ली की Women को हर Month ₹2100 की Financial Assistance दी जाएगी। यह Scheme “मुख्यमंत्री महिला सम्मान योजना” के तहत आती, जिसे पहले ₹1000 के Benefit के साथ Start किया गया था।

वहीं, भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) ने भी Women के लिए एक और बड़ी Announcement की थी। BJP ने अपने Manifesto में कहा था कि अगर उनकी Party दिल्ली में Government बनाती है, तो Women को हर Month ₹2500 की Financial Assistance Provide की जाएगी।

अब जब BJP को Majority मिल चुकी है और Government Formation की Process शुरू हो चुकी है, तो दिल्ली की Women की Curiosity बढ़ गई है कि यह Scheme कब Implement होगी और उन्हें इसका Benefit कब से मिलेगा।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi ने Election Campaign के दौरान कहा था कि यह Scheme 8 March, International Women’s Day से Start की जाएगी। यानी, Women को पहली बार ₹2500 की Assistance March Month से मिल सकती है।

यह भी माना जा रहा है कि Scheme के लिए Registration Process March के First Week से Start हो सकती है, जिससे Eligible Women इस Scheme का Benefit पाने के लिए Apply कर सकें।

हालांकि, Officially अभी Government द्वारा कोई Detailed Guidelines Issue नहीं की गई हैं, लेकिन संभावना है कि Scheme का Structure जल्दी ही Announce किया जाएगा।

Which women will get the benefit of this scheme?

Election के दौरान किए गए Promises के अनुसार, यह Scheme दिल्ली की Lower और Middle Income Group की Women के लिए होगी। हालांकि, BJP Government इस Scheme की Eligibility के लिए नए Rules बना सकती है, जिन्हें Formally Government बनने के बाद Announce किया जाएगा। लेकिन अनुमान के मुताबिक, इस Scheme का Benefit उन्हीं Women को मिलेगा जो Financially Weak हैं और Government द्वारा निर्धारित Conditions को पूरा करती हैं।

• Delhi की Permanent Resident Women – केवल वही Women इस Scheme के लिए Apply कर सकेंगी, जिनका Permanent Residence Delhi में है।
• Income Limit – Scheme का Benefit गरीब और Middle-Class Women को दिया जाएगा, यानी जो Women Financially Weak हैं और Government Assistance की जरूरत रखती हैं।
• Unemployed या Housewives – यह Scheme मुख्य रूप से उन Women को Support देने के लिए Launch की जा रही है जो Financially Independent नहीं हैं।

How to apply for the Delhi Women 2500 Rupees Scheme?

Scheme के लिए Application Process Online और Offline दोनों Mediums से हो सकती है। Government जल्द ही इसके लिए एक Official Portal Launch कर सकती है, जहां Women अपने Documents के साथ Registration कर सकेंगी। संभावित Application Process इस प्रकार हो सकती है:
